What BUKA Easy does

BUKA Easy helps people planning events across Southern Africa find event suppliers, ask for quotes and keep their plans in one place. Suppliers are independent businesses. BUKA Easy is not a party to the agreement between a customer and a supplier.

Enquiries, quotes and bookings

• An enquiry asks a supplier for a price or availability. Nothing is reserved.
• A quote is the supplier’s offer, valid until the date shown on it.
• Accepting a quote asks the supplier to confirm. A booking exists once the supplier confirms it.
• Payments and deposits are arranged directly between you and the supplier. BUKA Easy does not take or hold payments.

Listings and reviews

Prices on listings are indicative, not quotations. A “Profile reviewed” label means the BUKA Easy team checked the listing details. It does not mean background, licence or insurance checks were carried out. Reviews can only be left after a completed booking.

Your information

When you send an enquiry, your name, contact details and event details are shared with the supplier you chose, so they can reply. See the privacy notice for how we handle personal data.
